School Nurse

If your child has a documented medical condition, it is very important to inform the school in the event the child needs medical attention. Students who need(or under certain conditions need) prescription medications administered during the school day must consult with the school nurse, Mrs. Lisa Little. Please review the following forms, and if applicable make sure a new form is completed each year and turned into the nurse.
